Delivery of the machine to Förderband Technik Kilian company.

We delivered the GRAFS GR-1800E machine, an advanced knife grinder, to FTK Förderband Technik Kilian GmbH. FTK Förderband Technik Kilian is a German company specializing in the production of conveyor belt accessories. It serves industries such as recycling, mining, construction, and cement manufacturing. The company offers products such as belt scrapers, idler rollers, and impact stations. With over 30 years of experience, it provides both standard and customized solutions to clients worldwide.

The GRAFS GR-1800E model features an electromagnetic table measuring 180x1800 mm, allowing an adjustable sharpening angle from 0° to 90°. Its 5.5 kW motor ensures efficient and precise grinding, while the variable feed speed (1-16 m/min) enables optimal adjustment of working parameters. The intuitive 7" HMI touchscreen panel and PLC control significantly simplify machine operation.

The machine was transported by land and was securely fastened with bolts to a wooden platform, ensuring stability and safety during transit.

The delivery included:

• Combined filter (MS+PS) with a 150-liter tank and a 60 L/min pump,
• Two special 200 mm diamond grinding wheels for sharpening knives with carbide inserts,
• An additional 200 mm corundum grinding wheel,
• A corundum grinding wheel mounted in an aluminum holder (200 mm),
• A set of six machine support legs,
• Complete technical documentation, including the user manual, warranty card, CE declaration of conformity, and electrical schematic.

Upon customer request, we can organize the entire transportation process, ensuring comprehensive logistics support from the machine's production to its final delivery to the recipient’s location.
