GRAFS Company is pleased to announce that it has become a beneficiary of funding under the first stage of the project "GOZ Model – Transformation for GRAFS Company." The project is being carried out under the FEPW.01.03 action "Circular Economy in SMEs – Stage I – Development of a GOZ Business Model – Transformation" and is co-financed by the European Union.
GRAFS Company is pleased to announce that it has become a beneficiary of funding under the first stage of the project "GOZ Model –Transformation for GRAFS Company." The project is being carried out under the FEPW.01.03 action "Circular Economy in SMEs – Stage I – Development of a GOZ Business Model – Transformation" and is co-financed by the European Union.
As part of this project, GRAFS will develop a modern business model based on the principles of the circular economy (GOZ). The project includes an analysis of current production processes, the identification of areas where changes can be implemented, and the development of a strategy for implementing new solutions. The project is targeted at micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in Eastern Poland.
The goal of the project is to transform GRAFS's operations towards a circular economy, enabling more efficient resource use, waste reduction, and increased competitiveness in the market.
By implementing this project, GRAFS will develop a new, sustainable business model that will reduce operational costs and increase production efficiency. The project will also bring environmental benefits by reducing waste and utilizing resources more efficiently.
The GOZ Business Model is the first step, and it opens the door to getting up to 3.5 million PLN (815 150,00 EUR) for fully rolling out the model.
The total cost of the project is PLN 82,781.00. (19 279,69 EUR)
